Raj Jalan, MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, is also a commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College Kolkata and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from ICFAI University, India.
He has over 3 years of experience working in research and consulting domain for some of the biggest multi-nationals around ASEAN region. He has experience of working in India with one of the largest market research house in India. Apart from that, he has also managed retail and wholesale distribution for ITC in Kolkata for mor than 3 years. |

Amit Goel, an MBA from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay, is also an software engineer with over 4 years of experience in consumer market research and IT consulting.
He has worked with one of the largest market research house in India for some of the biggest brands in global CPG industry. Prior to his MBA, he workd for a leading IT MNC where he handled multiple web development projects. At Dream4others, he is instrumental in bridging the gap between market research and web technology. |

Rohit Agarwal, MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, has graduated in B.B.A from St. Xavier’s College Kolkata and M.S. Finance, from ICFAI University, India.
He has around one and a half year of experience working in marketing and finance domain for some of the biggest multi-nationals. He has experience of working in India with one of the largest Investment Bank. Preparing relevant research designs and putting rigour in his data analysis techniques is his forte. |

| Pingali Venugopal, Professor (Marketing), XLRI, Jamshedpur |

Pingali Venugopal, a Post Graduate in Management and Fellow in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, is currently Dean and Professor (Marketing) at XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has been a Marketing faculty at XLRI, Jamshedpur, since 1994. He has also been a visiting faculty to the Indian Institutes of Management in Ahmedabad, Calcutta and Lucknow and the American University of Armenia.
Professor Venugopal has authored the books on “Marketing Channel Management: A Customer Centric Approach”; “Managing the Sales force: A Motivational Approach”, "Sales and Distribution Management: An Indian Perspective" and “Input Management, The State of the Indian Farmer: A Millennium study”. He has presented papers at national and international conferences as well as published articles in leading national and international journals. He has also been involved as a consultant with several projects for both the profit and non-profit sectors. |

| Dr. Sharad Sarin, Professor (Marketing), XLRI, Jamshedpur |

Sharad Sarin is BE [Electrical], MBA and Ph D [Marketing]. He has been a faculty member since 1976, with XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has been the Dean of XLRI [1984–1988] and a Visiting Faculty to the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad, the University of Rhode Island, Kingston [USA], Colorado University at Boulder [USA] and Helsinki School of Economics [Finland]. He has presented seminars in around 20 universities in the US between 1984 and 2001. He has participated and presented papers in several conferences in India and abroad.
Over the last 30 years, Prof Sarin has been involved in several consultancy assignments including marketing studies for a variety of industrial and household products. Prof. Sarin is widely known as the originator of the novel concept of ‘Marketing Fair.’ Amongst the NGOs, Prof Sarin is on the advisory board of Tata Steel Rural Development Society [Jamshedpur], and Krishi & Grameen Vikas Kendra [Ranchi] – two leading NGOs in the area of rural development. |
