| Dream4others is bound by market research code of conduct to maintain and preserve the anonymity of members in the Dream4others.

| No such personally identifiable information of our advisory members will be used for subsequent non-research purposes such as direct marketing, list-building, credit rating, fund-raising or other marketing activities relating to the individual members. We reassure you that without appropriate permission your identity and individual profile will remain strictly confidential with us. We have used appropriate state of the art data security features for safety of your identity information. The identity information shared by you would only be called upon when some reward is due to you.

| In rarest of rare situation we may seek a member's permission for data to be passed on the researcher/client in a form which allows them to be personally identified; but those rare situations would only be for market research purposes.

- Dream4others will not share your email address with anyone outside the company without your knowledge and permission (as described in this policy).
- Dream4others does not 'spam'. The only email communication you will receive from us as a result of your registration will be for legitimate business purposes associated with your panel membership.
- Demographic data (e.g. household size, date of birth, income level) is collected to ensure that we send you surveys relevant to your lifestyle and interests. It is grouped together with other panellists' data for statistical and classification purposes, and is not shared, sold or reviewed on an individual basis.
- Your individual survey responses are kept confidential by grouping them together with those of other panellists and using them only in summary form. At no stage your identity is disclosed to anyone from outside the company whosoever.
- Membership on our online panel is free and Dream4others will never ask you to buy anything. Your participation helps our clients develop and refine consumer products.
- Participation on our online panel is voluntary. If you choose to unsubscribe at any time, we will respect your decision unconditionally. In this privacy statement, we have described our privacy practices, including how we collect, protect and use your personally identifiable information. By becoming a member of our panel, you accept these practices.

| By registering as a panel member you are agreeing to the membership Terms and Conditions, as set by Dream4others Consults, and as mentioned below.

| Dream4others Consults reserves the right to change, include or exclude one or more, of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website. You shall deem to have accepted the changed terms and conditions following your use after the said changes have been made. In case of some major changes, you will be either informed through a mail or it will be posted on the homepage of the website.

Some key points to remember
- Membership
Only one account may be maintained per person. Multiple accounts may not use a single email address even if the accounts are for different people.
- Confidentiality
Except under extreme conditions, like as required by law, members shall not disclose any content of the website or information related to surveys to any third parties.
- Survey Participation
Member must participate in the surveys with due honesty, sincerity and in their own free will.
Members will be entitled to participate in any donation or any prize draw only if they completely fill the surveys as required.
Dream4others reserves the right to close any survey at any point in time without any prior notice given to any member whatsoever. This can be earlier than the response periods that may have been indicated alongside the survey.
- Rewards
Members must know that the major rewards that we are offering are in the form of donations and whatever small rewards we can give you is only to show our appreciation for your contribution. Members are eligible to enter the prize draws only after they complete the surveys. Dream4others Consults reserves the right to remove or replace any reward from the list without any prior notice.
- Referrals
Members may refer ‘other potential members’ to join the Dream4others.com. The members must understand that this will only increase our powers to donate more in the end. The email ids and/or addresses provided by the members should be valid and not duplicative.
- Personal Information
Dream4others reserves the right to authenticate any information logged on the website, including registration details. It is the member's responsibility to keep personal information as current as possible. Dream4others adheres to India's Privacy Laws and Market Research code of conduct. Please see the Privacy Statement for further information.
- Member Account, Password and Security
A unique account ID and password (as provided by the user) will be assigned to you upon completing the Dream4others panel registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account.
In case of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security you must immediately notify Dream4others. You must ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Dream4others cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
- Termination
Dream4others reserves the right to terminate the membership and account of any Dream4others member without prior notice and in Dream4others’s sole discretion. Circumstances in which a Member shall be terminated include but are not limited to:
- Lack of regular participation in the online surveys by a member (for instance, not filling any completed survey for at least 3 months at a stretch)
- Breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines
- The existence of multiple accounts for the same member
- An invalid email address registered for an account
- False or fraudulent responses or any other fraudulent activity
- Limits of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL DREAM4OTHERS OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE WWW.DREAM4OTHERS.COM
- b. DREAM4OTHERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR MISDIRECTED CHEQUES OR OTHER PRIZES IN KIND SENT TO THE WINNING PANEL MEMBERS.

Dream4others is not liable or responsible for the content of any other websites, including any website through which you may have gained access to our website or to which you may gain access from our website. - Legal Effect
If any provision of this notice shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable to the extent that it is unlawful, void or enforceable, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of West Bangal, India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
- Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The Dream4others prize draws will be held per survey and monthly. Entry is open to Dream4others panel members only. All members of the Dream4others panel are entered into the Prize Draws upon completing the relevant surveys and upon fulfilling the general and specific terms and conditions as specified in this website.
- Claiming of Prizes
The winner doesn't need to be physically present to win or claim the prize. The winner will be informed by email (the latest available email id in the member’s profile record at that point in time) and upon confirmation the prize will be delivered at their address as provided in the membership profile.
To claim the prize, the winner must acknowledge and confirm acceptance of the prize by return mail within 2 weeks from receipt of the winner announcement mail by him/her. Failing which one, and only one, reminder mail will be sent to him/her again on the available email id in the member’s profile. If the winner fails to respond to this ‘reminder mail’ within 3 weekdays also, then the prize will be treated as an ‘unclaimed prize’ by the said winner.
The ‘unclaimed prize’ will then be awarded to next selected winner among the members who qualify to win that prize. The procedure of notification and claiming of the prize by the next selected winner will remain the same as for the first declared winner. The procedure will be followed till the prize is ‘claimed’ by one of the selected and notified winner by acknowledging and confirming through a reply email.
‘Dream4others’ management is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail or for entries which are damaged or illegible. ‘Dream4others’ management is also not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Dream4others on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof.
Transfer or substitution of prizes is not permitted.
